I think that if October 31st falls on a Monday, some of Halloween is attracted to the solemnity and religious power of Sunday the 30th, the day before. So while Monday October 31 should receive all the pageant and traditional celebration of the holiday, care should also be taken on the Sunday prior, the 30th, which may mirror the day darkly or offer unusual opportunities. I think it would be especially dangerous to misplace an item or unknowingly complete something on Sunday, October 30th.
