ok not only does mash validate our “stuck in a timeloop” jokes with its in-universe jokes, it also validates my truman show au jokes with the PA announcer’s entire inadvertently post-structuralist existence. we never see him. he’s never in Henry/Potter’s front office where we know the PA announcements go out from. he’s just a voice that tells you what to do and makes fun of you.
