You are the second person in three days to ask me about Good Omens, and sorry my answer is probably still ‘nope’! I have many opinions positive to negative about Neil Gaiman as a writer, and many more opinions all negative about him as a TV producer—and tragically, Good Omens was the least Gaiman Gaiman (and therefore my favorite), but we lost the non-Gaiman bit of Terry Pratchett, and so now the show version is all him. And I can tell. In like, just looking at those costumes. I know you all are very in love with the very in love husbands but honestly your gifsets do nothing for me because they just, they really look like That. I cannot sanction it.
And I acknowledge that I am someone who just wrote a rave of the Elton John musical Rocketman and therefore my critical credibility may be plummeting, but I have to live my truth!
