Okay here’s some tea: The Secret History is a trashy trope-a-minute joke read for anyone who knows Bennington College, a school for B students with delusions to intellectualism. This book is Twilight for NESCAC kids and it always bewilders me when I see people seeming to have genuine feelings about it, exactly how I would feel seeing someone who actually experienced real emotions over like, Edward Cullen.
